
How should wine be stored and
served ?
Granite of Red Burgundy "Traditional Method"

Storage:
· bottles should be laid down on their side
· ideal duration : 2 to 3 years
· ideal cellar conditions : 15°C / 59°F, or a constant temperature
of less than 20°C / 68°F

Look : know how to look at a wine and appreciate its colour, its clarity, its intensity, its subtleties and its effervescence; in short, its appearance : pale gold, brilliant gold, intense red, rose-petal-coloured…

Taste : next, discover the taste, made up of flavours that reveal the wine's balance (acidity, smoothness, tannin levels), which in turn determines qualities such as dryness or sweetness, roundness, freshness, soundness of aromas, lightness…


GRANITE OF RED BURGUNDY
"TRADITIONAL METHOD"
Preparation :
Boil water. Out of fire, add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar
and the peels. Cover and infuse 15 minutes.
Filter, add the wine and replace
on fire. Stop just before the mixture
starts to boil.
Add the citron and orange juices, and deep-freez 3 hours.
Stir every 1/2 hours. When the preparation is perfectly frozen and crystallized, it's ready to be tasted!

Market : 1 dl of water, 100 G of sugar, 1/2 vanilla pod, 1/2 cinnamon 1 table spoon of peel of lemon, and one of peel of orange, juices of 1/2 lemon, and of 1 orange 375 ml of "Bourgogne Rouge Méthode Traditionnelle"
