Maison Vitteaut-Alberti vinifies its Crémant Blanc de Blancs Bio in the "méthode traditionnelle" : - pneumatic presses of 50hl capacity with controlled, progressive increases in pressure - musts fined and settled out over 24 hours - fermentation stimulated with selected yeasts - vinification in vats thermo-regulated at 20°C - in-bottle effervescent bubble creation (méthode traditionnelle) and ageing in air-conditioned cellar at 15°C.
The Crémant develops all this aromas and acquires its typicity thanks to a minimum ageing of 16 to 18 months in bottle.
This Crémant de Bourgogne with its brilliant gold hue, reveals a fine stream of delicate bubbles. The nose is fresh, with notes between pear and apple. At the beginning of the mouth, we have a fresh attack. We find balance in the smouth of ripe and vinous Chardonnay. Pure and gluttonous, this Crémant give a new and authentic pleasure.
Very fine and delicate as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood, shellfish and sushis.
