Cuvée Coton is a Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Nature, with no added sugar. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it comes from our parcels "La Guinotte" and "Les Ormeaux", harvested in the 2022 vintage.
Ageing
Cuvée Coton has developed its aromas and character during 30 months of ageing in bottle.
Vinification
Maison Vitteaut-Alberti vinifies its Crémant de Bourgogne "Cuvée Coton" in the "méthode traditionnelle" :

Cuvée Coton invites us on a sensory journey, inspired by the universal character of this natural, raw material.
Its robe is luminous and brilliant, with fine bubbles rising in steady streams, evoking the lightness of cotton itself.
