The Vitteaut-Alberti Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a blend of grapes from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune:

Bright gold, with a fine stream of delicate bubbles

Nose

Subtle and elegant, with delicate citrus and floral notes.

Palate

Fresh and well-balanced, combining lively citrus notes with delicate pear aromas. The finish is long and elegant, with subtle hints of honey and toast.

Ageing & winemaking

This Crémant de Bourgogne is aged in the bottle for 18 to 24 months, allowing its aromas to develop gradually while gaining complexity, finesse and its distinctive character.

The Blanc de Blancs is crafted by Maison Vitteaut-Alberti using the traditional method, the time-honoured process in which the bubbles are created naturally through a second fermentation in the bottle.
