The Cuvée Coton is a Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Nature, produced without the addition of sugar. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it comes from our ‘La Guinotte’ and ‘Les Ormeaux’ plots, harvested in the 2022 vintage.
