A bold expression of Crémant de Bourgogne, enhanced by partial ageing in oak barrels.
Cuvée Gérard brings together Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir in a distinctive blend. Part of the Pinot Noir is vinified in oak barrels before being blended with the other wines. The resulting cuvée is then aged in bottle for 24 to 36 months, developing greater depth and structure alongside subtle toasted and oaky notes.
A rich and structured Crémant, crafted with gastronomy in mind and perfectly suited to food pairings.
